The dawn rising over Insian John Hill towards the Snoqualmie Pass, going about 15 mph, 25-37° F. Interstate 90. I spent about 25 minutes getting the chains on, and just as I was adjusting the tensioner DOT lifted the chain mandate. TY DOT.🙏
